  1. Preheat griddle to 350°F
  2. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to a shallow dish. Whisk well to combine.
  3. Grease the heated griddle.
  4. Dip each bread slice in to the batter, coating both sides well. Place on the hot griddle.
  5. Cook until the bottom of bread is golden brown. Flip and cook the reverse side.
  6. Remove from heat and spread each slice with an ounce of Blueberry Vanilla Goat Cheese.
  7. Top with syrup and serve with a side of bacon or gilled ham.
