1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 c. LaClare Creamery Original Goat Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon honey

directions

In a small bowl, mix ricotta, chèvre, honey, and vanilla together until combined.
Spread mixture onto slice of watermelon and top with berries, mint, and toasted coconut.
