  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
  • 2 ounces Honey Goat Cheese
  • 2 ounces Goat Mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fig jam
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion slices and cook until caramelized.
  2. Butter one side of each piece of bread.
  3. Spread the Honey Goat Cheese on one slice, non-buttered side, of the bread and top with Goat Mozzarella Cheese.
  4. Place first sourdough slice, butter side down, on a warm skillet. Top with caramelized onions and fig jam. Place remaining sourdough slice and cook until browned. Flip and repeat.
