  1. Cook chickpea pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter. Once melted add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese and heavy whipping cream and whisk until smooth.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add the pasta and ½ cup of the reserved pasta water. Stir to coat the pasta and cook in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and more pasta water if needed. Remove from heat and stir in the Goat Mozzarella Cheese.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
