  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Place shredded Goat Cheddar in 24 small piles across the two baking sheets.
  4. Transfer to oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a paper towel to cool for 5 more minutes.
  6. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature.
