  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded or 3 cups of shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded LaClare Goat Mozzarella, plus more for topping
  • 12 ounces (3 logs) LaClare Original Goat Cheese, save about 1 ounce to crumble for topping
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup LaClare Goat Cheddar, for topping
  • Chives, chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and Goat Mozzarella. Set aside.
  3. Using a food processor, combine Original Goat Cheese, Greek yogurt and lemon juice and blend until smooth and creamy. Add cheese mixture to bowl with the chicken and stir well until incorporated.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded Goat Mozzarella, shredded Goat Cheddar and Original Goat Cheese crumbles.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with chives. Cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, or veggies.
