Inspired by the Michelin star pizza from Chef Wolfgang Puck’s Spago restaurant, smoked salmon is enhanced with Everything Bagel Goat Cheese and fresh dill.

Yield: 6 slices


  • 1 to 2 TB yellow cornmeal
  • 10 oz unbaked refrigerated whole wheat pizza dough, room temperature
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 4 oz LaClare Everything Bagel Goat Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 TB fresh chopped dill
  • 6 oz sliced smoked salmon
  • Handful broccoli, sunflower or pea sprouts
  • Fresh ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle with cornmeal to lightly cover.
  3. Place the dough on baking sheet and start stretching. Press down on center, spreading dough into a 10-inch circle, with its outer rim a bit thicker than the middle.
  4. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with red onions. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on rack.
  5. Spread softened Everything Bagel Goat Cheese over crust to cover within 1-inch of the edge.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh dill. Arrange smoked salmon decoratively over cheese. Cut into 6 slices.
  7. To serve, garnish with sprouts and fresh ground black pepper.
