  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 6 oz LaClare Goat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp seafood seasoning, like Old Bay
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce, plus additional for serving
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Unroll crust and fit into pie dish. Make a decorative edge around the rim by pressing back of fork until dough.
  3. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Gently fold in green onions, crab meat, Goat Cheddar Cheese, heavy cream, seafood seasoning, and 1/4 tsp hot sauce until just combined.
  4. Pour into crust, smoothing top. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Edges may need to be covered with foil to prevent overbrowning.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into 6 slices. Serve each with lemon wedges and additional hot sauce.
